When should you choose DTG?

DTG is the play when:

You need a short run, from 6 pieces
You are printing several different designs in small quantities
Your artwork is too detailed or colorful for screens
You want a short test run before a bigger order
You are going for a vintage look, since the ink and fabric fade together over time

For bigger runs of a single design with a few solid colors, screen printing is usually the faster, more cost-efficient route. Printing on polyester or blends? Direct-to-film often handles those better.

How does the DTG process work?

Send your best file. The highest resolution image you have. Higher resolution means more detail on the shirt.
Design review. Our team reviews every order. If the file needs polishing, we can help clean it up.
Proof. You get a final proof to approve before printing.
Print. The design is printed directly onto the garment and inspected before it is packed.

Why resolution matters

When it comes to digital printing, pixels are everything. Think of a mosaic: the more pieces, the sharper the picture. What file should I send for DTG?
