The t-shirt is the most-worn piece of merch there is, so it should look and feel right. TBSP prints custom tees for clothing lines, online stores, artists, businesses, events and teams out of our shop in Los Angeles. Print a short run with DTG or a full drop with screen printing, and every order gets a free art check before ink hits fabric.
Which printing method is right for my t-shirts?
Quantity and artwork decide it.
- Screen printing is our core service, printed in-house from 6 pieces. Thick, saturated ink and crisp edges make it the go-to for brand drops, event shirts and team orders.
- Direct-to-garment (DTG) prints full-color art straight into the shirt. Made for photos, gradients and detailed, full-color designs.
- Direct-to-film (DTF) presses a printed film onto the garment, another strong option for full-color art.
- Embroidery adds a stitched chest logo on heavier tees, though it really shines on polos, hats and jackets.
Still deciding? Send your design and quantity and we will point you to the right one.
Where can the print go?
Full front, left chest, full back, upper back, sleeves. Most orders combine two, like a small front logo with a big back graphic. Want the art bigger than a standard front or back? Go to our oversize and large format printing page.
Pick your blank
We print on a wide range of blank tees, from everyday cotton to softer blends and heavier streetwear cuts, in a range of sizes and colors. Stock changes by brand and color, so browse what is available now in our catalog and name your favorite when you request a quote.
A few things worth knowing:
- Fabric content affects which method works best, so tell us if you have a specific shirt in mind.
- Light ink on dark shirts is a classic look, and screen printing delivers it with real punch.
- The blank sets the feel of the final shirt as much as the print does.
Built for brands and online stores
A lot of our customers print for their own clothing lines and shops. Screen printing keeps bigger runs consistent shirt after shirt, while DTG lets you test a new design in small numbers before you commit to a full run.
