This Privacy Policy explains how The Best Screen Printing (“TBSP”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit thebestscreenprinting.com (the “Site”), request a quote, place an order, or contact us by phone, email or text message. 1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, place an order or contact us, we collect what you choose to share, such as:
- your name, email address, phone number and company or team name
- shipping and billing addresses
- order details: products, colors, sizes, quantities, decoration, deadlines and notes
- artwork, logos and other files you upload, and the mockups made from them
- how you heard about us, and the messages you send us
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the date and time. We use it to deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent spam and abuse.
Information stored in your browser. Your cart (including the artwork you add to it) and your light or dark mode choice are saved in your own browser, on your device. They are sent to us only when you submit a quote request. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- prepare quotes, mockups and proofs, and produce and deliver your order
- reply to your questions and keep you updated about your quote or order
- send invoices and receipts, and handle payments, claims and reprints
- improve our products, services and Site
- send you news and offers, only where you have agreed or where the law allows it (you can opt out at any time)
- protect our customers, our business and the Site against fraud, spam and abuse
- meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
We share information only when needed to run our business:
- Service providers that work for us, such as website hosting and security, email delivery, payment processing, garment suppliers and shipping carriers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal reasons, when required by law, court order or a government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of TBSP, our customers or others.
- Business transfers, if TBSP is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Your information would remain protected by this policy or one at least as protective.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number or text us, we may text you about your quote or order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
Mobile numbers and text message opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses only what it needs to work: your browser storage for your cart and display settings, and security checks by our hosting provider. We do not use advertising trackers or sell information to ad networks.
Some pages show content from other services, such as YouTube videos or product photos from our garment suppliers. Videos load only when you press play, and those services may collect information under their own privacy policies.
Our Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as there is no common standard for them.
6. Your artwork
Artwork you send us stays yours. We use it only to quote, proof and produce your order, and we do not share it except with the people and providers who help make your order. We do not use your artwork in our marketing without your permission.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction. Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your information. We may keep some records when the law requires it, for example invoices for tax purposes.
- Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us. We will still send messages about your quotes and orders.
- Text messages. Reply STOP at any time.

8. California privacy rights
If you live in California, you may ask whether we have shared your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing in the past year (California Civil Code § 1798.83). 9. How long we keep information
We keep quote and order records for as long as needed to serve you, handle reorders, claims and reprints, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We then delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.
10. Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and the Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information online is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s privacy
Our Site and services are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other websites
Our Site may link to other websites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Important changes will be shown clearly on the Site.
