The layer everybody sees

Shirts get covered up. Jackets do not. When your crew walks on set, your staff greets guests outside or your team lines up on the sideline, the outer layer is the one carrying the logo. Get it right and the jacket becomes the thing people ask about.

What can you customize?

We decorate a range of outerwear, including:

  • Lightweight and windbreaker jackets for events and outdoor work
  • Coaches and bomber-style jackets for crews, teams and brand drops
  • Fleece and softshell layers for staff and corporate gear
  • Vests for front-of-house, field and warehouse teams

Looking for a specific style or color? Check the catalog or ask us to source it with your quote.

Stitch it, print it, or both

Embroidery is the classic for outerwear. A stitched chest logo looks sharp, holds up to weather and wear, and gives a jacket that uniform-grade finish. It is our main method for jackets, polos, hats and uniforms.

Screen printing owns the big back graphic. Bold, opaque ink across the back panel for crew jackets, tour gear and merch. In-house, from 6 pieces.

Heat transfer vinyl adds names, titles and numbers so each jacket belongs to one person.

The strongest outerwear often combines all three: an embroidered chest, a printed back and a name on the sleeve.

Which jackets work best for decoration?

Fabric matters. Smooth, tightly woven shells take both stitching and print cleanly. Very slick, padded or waterproof coatings can limit what is possible, so tell us the exact jacket and we will confirm the method before anything is produced. Customer-provided outerwear is welcome, too.

Our free art check also makes sure your logo is sized and simplified for thread, since tiny text and hairline details do not stitch as cleanly as they print.

Who orders custom outerwear?

  • Production crews who want to look like a unit on location
  • Restaurants, hotels and venues outfitting staff for outdoor shifts
  • Sports teams and clubs for sideline jackets
  • Companies gifting gear employees will actually wear
  • Clothing brands adding a jacket to the line

Pair your jackets with embroidered polos, hats or hoodies for a complete set.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What is the best way to brand a jacket?

Embroidery is the most popular choice for a chest logo on jackets, since thread holds up well and looks premium. Larger back graphics are often screen printed, and names are added with heat transfer.

Can you embroider on the back of a jacket?

Embroidery works best for smaller to mid-size logos. For a large back design, screen printing is usually the better fit. We will recommend the right approach for your artwork and jacket.

Can I add individual names to each jacket?

Yes. Names and numbers can be added with heat transfer vinyl or embroidery on top of a shared logo.
