Shipping and Delivery
All orders received online are offered a free 2 week shipping method. Faster shipping options are available in the drop down menu when placing an order and with any store order, shipping is handled through one of our customer service representatives.
Please note shipping deadlines and production cut off times are at 2pm PST Monday – Friday.
Refunds & Returns
We do our best to create quality garments and merchandise for your brand, promotional items, and special occasions.
If there is an error with your order such as:
• Incorrect size count or quantity
• Wrong Artwork placement or extreme crookedness (please note, dimensions are subject to 3/4s of an inch off placement)
• Incorrect artwork sizing (please note, exactness in artwork sizing cannot always be fulfilled due to printing technology and materials)
• Error caused by mechanical printing mishap please notify our production representatives immediately so that we can resolve the issue. In these cases, we gladly reprint your garments for you with no hassle. We require a 24 hour
notice if there is a problem with your order.
Refunds can be given back to the original card charged or in the form of credit for your next order.
The Best Screen Printing stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact your production representative, or call us at (323) – 433- 0033 within 15 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.
The Best Screen Printing products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.
The Best Screen Printing takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction.
However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, The Best Screen Printing does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

To make sure production runs smooth from conceptualization to materialization, we provide customers with mock ups for pre approval. The mock ups contain all guidelines for your garments including, dimensions, placements, sizing, and style information.
We believe it’s important to include our customers in the printing process, so we keep them informed every step of the way. Accuracy and deadline are our top priorities, so we will email you as your order progresses.
