What can we help with?
- A new quote. Send your quantity, garment, print locations and number of ink colors through the quick quote form. Quotes are answered within one business day.
- Artwork questions. Not sure if your file will print well, or how many colors it needs? Every order gets a free art check before printing. See our design tips.
- Rush timing. Normal (about 2 weeks), Rush (1 week, +15%) and Super Rush (3 business days, +30%) turnaround options are available. Call to confirm before you commit to a deadline.
- Reorders. We keep your artwork and mockups on file, so a reorder can start with one email or call.
- A problem with an order. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Our shipping and delivery page covers what is reprinted or refunded.
How do I make a support request faster?
Include your name, order number or invoice, the item and size breakdown, and a photo if something looks wrong. That lets us answer in one reply instead of three.
