Uniforms that look like they mean it

A stitched logo says “we are open, and we are serious.” It holds its shape through shift after shift and wash after wash. That is why hotels, restaurants, salons, contractors and offices put embroidery on the clothes their teams wear every day.

What we embroider for teams

  • Polos and button-ups. Left chest logo, sleeve mark, clean and professional.
  • Caps and beanies. Front logo, side detail, back text. See custom hats.
  • Jackets and vests. Chest logo up front, a bigger mark across the back.
  • Aprons. A natural fit for kitchens, cafés and bars.
  • Work shirts and hoodies. For crews who need durable branding.

Why embroidery for workwear?

Ink sits on top of the fabric. Thread becomes part of it. On a polo or jacket that gets washed every week, stitching keeps its color and texture long after a print would show wear. It also reads premium from across the room, which is exactly what you want on the person greeting your customers.

Small logos are embroidery’s sweet spot. Clean shapes, short text and a limited color palette translate beautifully into stitches.

How do you plan a uniform order?

  1. Count heads and sizes. Know how many people and how many pieces each.
  2. Pick garments. Mix polos for front of house, aprons for the kitchen and caps for everyone. Browse the catalog or our business and polo picks.
  3. Choose placement. Left chest is standard. Add a sleeve or back mark for extra reach.
  4. Send your logo. We digitize it into a stitch file Digitizing is free on 24 or more pieces and on reorders, and $45 per logo on smaller orders, shown on your quote. No hidden fees.
  5. Approve and stitch. Every order gets a free art check before production.

Mixing methods

Plenty of teams pair embroidered polos with screen printed event tees, or add names and numbers with heat transfer vinyl. We quote each piece with the method that fits it. Want a raised look or patches? See our embroidery styles.

Restocking later?

Because your logo is already digitized, reorders for new hires are straightforward. Just tell us the garment, sizes and quantity.

Outfit your team

Send your logo, garment list and headcount through the quick quote form. We answer within one business day. Normal (about 2 weeks), Rush (1 week, +15%) and Super Rush (3 business days, +30%) turnaround options are available.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Can I add employee names to embroidered uniforms?

Yes. Ask about names when you request a quote. Names and numbers can also be added with heat transfer vinyl if that suits the garment better.

Can the same logo go on different garments?

Yes. One design can run across polos, caps and jackets. The 6-piece minimum applies to the design.

Where should a logo go on a polo?

The left chest is the classic spot. Sleeves and the back yoke work well for a secondary mark or website.

How long does embroidery last on workwear?

Embroidery is stitched into the fabric, so it holds up to repeated washing and daily wear better than most print methods.
