Five ways to cut the price further
- Go to 72 pieces if you can. A one-color tee drops to about $8.50 each, so 72 shirts cost about $640, only about $140 more than 50.
- Use fewer ink colors. Each extra color adds a $25 screen and about $1.25 per shirt at this quantity.
- Keep it to one print spot. If you want two, a small left-chest print with a large back print looks premium for the money.
- Pick a standard blank. The Gildan 5000 and Bella+Canvas 3001 are the best value. Heavyweight or oversized tees cost more.
- Avoid rush. Order about 2 weeks ahead and skip the 15% to 30% rush fee.
