What it costs

The print costs the same on a heavyweight tee as on a standard one. Only the blank changes. As a guide, a one-color front print on a basic black tee is about $11.50 each at 24 pieces and $7.25 each at 144, shirt included, plus a $25 screen. A heavyweight blank adds a few dollars per shirt. See the price table.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What is the best heavyweight t-shirt for printing?

For a boxy streetwear fit, the Shaka Wear Max Heavyweight. For a soft, washed vintage look, the Comfort Colors 1717. For a clean modern heavyweight, the Bella+Canvas 4610. We can send you the specs for each.

Do you print large designs on oversized tees?

Yes. A full front or back print is up to about 12 inches wide by 14 inches tall. For bigger prints, see [oversize printing](/services/large-format-screen-printing/).

Which method is best for heavyweight cotton?

Screen printing gives the boldest, most durable result on thick cotton and is the cheapest from 24 pieces. DTF works well for full-color art on small runs.

Can you add neck labels or hang tags for my brand?

Yes, as finishings on orders of 50 pieces or more. Tell us what you need with your quote request.
