Which decoration methods do you offer?
- Screen printing for production runs and bold, few-color designs. Heavy, opaque ink with a hand-pulled feel, printed in-house.
- Embroidery for hats, polos, jackets and small chest logos with raised, textured thread.
- Direct to film and DTG for full-color art, gradients and photo detail.
- Heat transfer vinyl for names, numbers and piece-by-piece personalization.
The best collections mix them. Think a screen-printed front graphic with a matching embroidered cap.
How should I plan a drop?
Test first, then scale. Start with a short run of 12 pieces to check fit, color and print placement. Once the design is locked, scale up to the full production run, with screen printing for bold, few-color designs and the best price on bigger runs.
Get us your art early. Every file gets a free art check, and you approve a mockup before production. That is where you dial in size, placement and ink colors. Fewer colors usually means a lower cost per piece.
