How ordering from another state works
You never need to visit. Here is the whole process, start to finish:
- Send your idea. Use the quote form or ask Max: garment, quantity, deadline and artwork. A phone photo of a sketch is fine.
- Get a price within one business day. Your quote lists every print spot, the garment, the delivery option and the shipping.
- Approve the mockup. We check your art for free and send a mockup with placement and sizes. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
- We make it in-house. Screen printing, embroidery, DTF or DTG in our own facilities, never sent out to another shop.
- It ships with tracking. You get an email when it is approved, in production and shipped.

Most orders of 24 or more shirts pass $300 and ship free. See what custom shirts cost for example prices per piece.
When will it arrive?
Pick the delivery option that fits your date. The time includes production and shipping.
- Normal: arrives in about 2 weeks. No extra cost.
- Rush: arrives in 1 week. Adds 15% to the order.
- Super Rush: arrives in 3 business days. Adds 30%. Order by 2:00 PM ET Tuesday to have it by Friday. Not available for every product, style or PO box.

Who orders from out of state
Teams, schools and college clubs, companies ordering staff shirts and polos, bands and touring artists, event organizers, churches and non-profits, and clothing brands launching a drop. If you order shirts more than once a year, we save your artwork and sizes so a reorder takes one email.

Our Los Angeles shop and our Cleveland facility use the same inks, threads and art check. Whichever one makes your order, you get the same mockup approval and the same reprint promise in our shipping and returns policy.
