Which printing method fits a school order?
- Whole grade or whole school, bold school-color designs: screen printing, in-house, in bold ink that matches your school colors.
- Full-color or photo art: usually DTG or direct to film.
Every order starts at 12 pieces.
- Staff polos, jackets and hats: embroidery, clean stitched crests.
- Student names and numbers: heat transfer vinyl.

How do we collect sizes and names?
Keep it simple. Gather orders on a sign-up sheet or form, then send us one list with every size and quantity. For personalized pieces, include each name or number exactly as it should print. One clean list means an accurate order and a fast quote.
Stretch the fundraiser budget
Price comes down to the garment, the number of ink colors, the number of print locations and the quantity. Rolling several classes or clubs into one bigger order of the same design, and keeping the art to fewer colors, usually lowers the cost per shirt. We will flag options when we quote.
Student art welcome
Every order gets a free art check and a mockup for approval. If the design started as a sketch in a notebook, send a clear photo or scan and ask about our graphic design help.
