Deadline this week? Let’s get you on press.
The event got moved up. The shoot is next week. Someone forgot the shirts. We see it every week, and Rush and Super Rush turnaround exist for exactly that. What decides whether your job fits in one is mostly prep. Here is how to make your order rush-ready.
For the three delivery options, methods and how to book, see our main Rush and Super Rush printing page. This page is your checklist.
The rush-ready checklist
1. Have final artwork. Rush time disappears fastest on design changes. Send print-ready files: vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or a high-resolution PNG. Our free art check still happens, it just goes faster when the art is already clean.
2. Pick a shirt we can get fast. Standard colors in common blanks are the safest bet. Specialty fabrics, unusual colors or hard-to-find sizes can push a job past the window. Ask us what is on hand.
3. Lock the numbers. Send a final size breakdown up front. Adding a few XLs halfway through costs more time than it looks like.
4. Keep the print simple. Fewer ink colors and fewer print locations mean fewer screens and fewer passes.
5. Call first. Super Rush is not available for all products, styles or PO Box addresses. Before you build your plans around a date, call (323) 433-0033 so we can confirm your option.
What slows a rush order down?
- Artwork that still needs to be redrawn or vectorized
- Many ink colors across multiple locations
- Garments that are not in stock locally
- Late changes to quantities or sizes
- Methods with extra steps, such as embroidery digitizing
None of these are deal breakers on a normal schedule. On a rush, each one eats into the clock.
Which method is fastest for my order?
It depends on the artwork. Every order starts at 6 pieces. For bold designs with a few solid colors, screen printing is printed in-house and moves fast once screens are set. For full-color or photo art, DTG skips screens entirely, and DTF is another quick option. Need names on the back? Heat transfer vinyl adds them without a new screen.
Pickup in Los Angeles
