What should you embroider?

How does embroidery compare to printing for merch?
Printing wins on big graphics, photos and fine detail. Embroidery wins on small logos, premium feel and durability. Many of the best merch drops use both: an embroidered cap and screen printed tees, or one hoodie with a stitched chest logo and a printed back. If your design has fine lines or tiny text, a print method like screen printing or DTF may serve it better.
Planning an event or promo?
- Pick your hero piece. Caps and hoodies get worn. Choose what your audience will actually use.
- Keep the logo bold. Clean shapes and a short color list stitch the sharpest.
- Hit the minimum. 12 pieces per design. Mix garments as long as the design is the same.
- Tell us the date. Normal (about 2 weeks), Rush (1 week, +15%) and Super Rush (3 business days, +30%) turnaround options are available. Confirm by phone or in your quote.
